These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer") and Adomie Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Adomie", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Adomie platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By registering for an account or using any Adomie service, you confirm that:
Adomie provides a WhatsApp Cloud API management platform that enables businesses to send and receive WhatsApp messages, build chatbots and automation workflows, integrate with third-party lead sources (IndiaMART, Facebook Leads, ExportersIndia, etc.), and manage customer communications at scale. Services are provided on a subscription basis as detailed on our Pricing page.
Adomie is an official WhatsApp Business Solution Provider. Your use of Adomie is subject to:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp messaging complies with applicable Meta policies. Violations may result in your WhatsApp Business Account being suspended or banned by Meta, for which Adomie bears no liability.
You agree NOT to use Adomie to:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All intellectual property rights in the Adomie platform, including software, logos, designs, documentation, and content, are owned by Adomie Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your business purposes during your subscription period. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the platform.
Your use of personal data within Adomie is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your customers and contacts before sending them messages through Adomie.
Adomie targets 99% uptime for its core messaging infrastructure, measured monthly. We perform scheduled maintenance during off-peak hours with advance notice. Downtime caused by Meta/WhatsApp infrastructure, third-party services, or force majeure events is excluded from SLA calculations. Enterprise customers may request a formal SLA agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adomie shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Adomie in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adomie and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Adomie reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your Account Settings. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We encourage amicable resolution of disputes; please contact us at legal@adomie.com before initiating legal proceedings.
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Adomie after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
