We believe in transparent and fair billing. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before subscribing.
Summary: We offer a 7-day free trial on the Growth plan. Subscriptions are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Refunds are available within 7 days of a new paid subscription. No refunds are issued for monthly plan renewals after the billing date.
All new accounts on the Growth plan are eligible for a 7-day free trial. During this period:
Adomie subscriptions are billed as follows:

All charges are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed via Razorpay.
If you have subscribed to a paid plan and wish to cancel within 7 days of your initial payment, you are eligible for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
Renewal charges are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds for yearly plans are available within 7 days of initial payment (pro-rated refunds are not offered after 7 days). After the 7-day window, the subscription continues until the end of the annual period.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Upon cancellation:
Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of the current cycle.
We encourage you to contact us at billing@adomie.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving all billing disputes fairly and promptly.
