These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Adomie platform and website. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorised to bind the business you represent.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send messages to recipients who have not opted in, or send spam, or otherwise violate WhatsApp and Meta policies.
- Transmit unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or put the platform or its users at risk.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and exclude applicable taxes. You authorise us to charge your payment method for each billing cycle until you cancel. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated fairly.
4. Free trial
We may offer a free trial as described on our pricing page. We will not charge you during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the then-current price.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Adomie and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service. You retain all rights to the data and content you upload.
6. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email email@adomie.com.
